The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) team from Abuja recently visited the Center for Disease Control and Research at Federal Medical Center (FMC) Asaba to assess its readiness to become a screening center for MPOX. The visit, which took place on the 10th and 11th, involved a reception by the management and an assessment of the molecular laboratory for MPOX training and diagnosis.
