The Social Welfare Department addresses psych-social aspects of holistic health care delivery of patient's referred from all clinical areas of the hospital and renders a whole lot of services to include:

1. Individual and family counseling
2. Financial relief and bill waivers
3. Child welfare
4. Rehabilitation and Repatriation
5. Appeal for support and assistance to indigent patients.
