Following concerns raised in a recent social media video on one of our restroom facilities, Management today met with the content creator ( a.k.a Odogwu Asaba) in a constructive session to promote transparency and understanding. The meeting, led by the Medical Director, Dr. Ekeneam Omo, had in attendance the Director of Administration, HNS, DDPR, DDF&A, Head of SERVICOM, Legal Officer, and other stakeholders. The visitor was taken on a guided tour of the Centre to observe firsthand our healthcare infrastructure, ongoing improvements, and facility management efforts. The tour showcased several modern, well-maintained facilities supporting quality patient care. Management reaffirms its commitment to high standards across all facilities, prompt resolution of identified gaps, and continuous improvement of the patient experience through effective facility management and quality assurance. This engagement underscores the Centre’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and excellence in healthcare delivery.
