The College of Nursing Sciences, Federal Medical Centre, Asaba, Onicha-Uku, on Friday, 25th September 2026, held a Career Workshop and Canadian Education Council (CEC) - International Centre (ICC) Orientation Programme for students. The workshop centered on career opportunities, professional development, effective career planning, and the programmes and services offered by the CEC International Centre. In attendance were Dr. John Adeniyi, Team Lead, Canadian Education Council; Mrs. Maria Olise, Provost; Mrs. Moseri, Director of Nursing Services; Mrs. Ogwuazor, Deputy Provost; Mrs. Koripomor Mohanye, Registrar; members of staff and students of the College. The session equipped students with valuable insights into career pathways, professional growth and international education opportunities. It was an insightful and impactful programme aimed at guiding students to make informed career decisions and take deliberate steps toward achieving their goals.
