Held at federal medical center Asaba from the 18th to 19th Of June 2025.

This retreat presented a timely opportunity for proper conversations and strengthen existing mechanisms for patient engagement and design innovative strategies that make feedback a living part of our operational system,not just a procedural requirement.
It was an intense retreat where all participants shared openly,reflected critically and strategized practically on how to communicate with our patients and get genuine feedback to ensure better service delivery.
