On World Sight Day, Federal Medical Centre,Delta State government and other healthcare workers teamed up to provide 65 cataract and pterygium surgeries, with 35 done at FMC Asaba, and distributed 400 reading glasses. This highlights the importance of accessible eye care and the benefits.Patients from Asaba,nearby communities and even neighboring states were on ground to partake of this amazing opportunity.
