Welcome to the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Federal Medical centre, Asaba a fully-serviced diagnostic unit that provides fast, effective and affordable treatments for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries.
During an appointment at either the Accident and emergency Unit or Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, most patients are seen, treated and discharged within 60 minutes by certified and experienced clinical personnel with on-site diagnostic tests facilities in the following areas:

The Federal Medical Centre, Asaba was established on the 12th August 1998 as a consequence of the Federal Government of Nigeria policy to setup a Federal Medical Centre in states where a Federal Teaching Hospital is non-existent.


SERVICOM is an initiative of the federal government of Nigeria, developed out of the consensus emerging from a special presidential retreat on service delivery in Nigeria in March, 2004.
